POW physical therapy is an out of network provider for: any PPO insurance, Tricare
*Insurance benefits will be verified prior to first visit. You will be responsible for any amount not covered by your insurance. Please call if you have any questions regarding insurance.
We are contracted with Seaview IPA and Valley Care IPA for pelvic health and pregnancy conditions.
