Pilates Training

Pilates is a safe and effective method of rehabilitation and exercise that focuses on muscular balance, improves strength and flexibility.  Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, whilst also having a key focus on the deep core muscles.  It improves posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.

POW Physical Therapy is pleased to offer private mat or equipment sessions.  We have multiple pieces of equipment including studio reformer, clinical reformer, wunda chair, 1/2 cadillac, and spine corrector.
