POW Physical Therapy is an in network provider for: Medicare, Rincon IPA, Ventura County Health Plan, Seaview IPA and Valley Care/ Dignity Health IPA.
We are an out of network provider for: Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Tricare, Aetna, United Healthcare, UMR, Cigna and all other PPOs. We will bill your insurance out of network for you and you will be reimbursed with any out of network benefits from your plan usually directly to you. Payment for out of network billing is due at time of service.
Insurance benefits will be verified prior to first visit. You will be responsible for any amount not covered by your insurance. Please call if you have any questions regarding insurance.
